| Delivery
- We ship to Worldwide for most of our items. However, we do not ship the blades of Magic Bullet, and liquid chalks to Canada and Italy.
- Combined shipping discount is available for some of our items, however the discounts do not apply to items in auction format, or items with free shipping. Please contact us if you would like to purchase multiple items from us.
- All items will be dispatched from Hong Kong within 3 business days after the payment is cleared unless otherwise specified in our listings. It usually takes another 7-18 business days for arrival as it is an international order from Hong Kong. No shipments on weekends and public holidays. If you do not receive your item 21 business days after payment is cleared, please contact us immediately.
- We are not responsible for wrong and undeliverable addresses. Please confirm your address on Paypal is correct before checkout. We must not mail to other addresses due to security reason.
- We mail the item using Registered Airmail service provided by Hong Kong Post. Tracking no. will be given to buyer upon request. Buyer can check the leaving date of the parcel via this website http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp
- If no one is at the delivery address when postman tries to deliver the parcel, a card will be left for picking up the item from the nearest post office, hence please pay attention to your mailing box. If item is returned to us because it is not claimed by buyer, a resending fee will be charged on buyer.
- Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty. However, we will mark the item as gift with lower value to prevent you from GST / DUTY charges.
