Delivery

1.        All item(s) will be dispatched in Hong Kong within 2 business days ONLY after the payment is completely cleared. Item normally arrives in the destination within 7-14 business days after dispatch. No shipments on weekends and public holidays. If you do not receive your item 21 business days after payment, please email to idigistore@hotmail.com immediately.

2.        We ship to US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan only.

3.        We are not responsible for wrong and undeliverable addresses. Confirm your address is correct before checkout. We MUST NOT mail to other addresses due to security reason.

4.        We will mail the item using Registered Airmail service provided by Hong Kong Post. Tracking no. will be given to buyer upon request. Buyer can check the status of the parcel via this website http://app1.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp

5.        Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty. However, we will mark the item as gift with lower value to prevent you from GST / DUTY charges.
