Protection For Buyers
1. Insurance is not provided for all items. However, we will take action if the item is lost during delivery.
2. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace a new one for you provided that
- there are no scratches or external damages on the item
- the defects are due to manufacturing problems
- we are notified of the defects by buyer within 24 hours of receipt of item
- the defective item is returned to us within 10 days after notifying us.
3. Failure to do the above steps proposes the buyer forfeits the rights for any replacement.
4. Please tell us your problem(s) via email before shipping back the defective item to us as you may solve the problem(s) by following our advice.
5. Item returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
