We always strive to give 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our item, you can return the goods to us and we will make refund (excluding shipping cost) provided that:
- You request return with reason within 7 calendar days starting from the date of receiving the parcel
- The item is returned and received by us within another 20 calendar days after requesting return
- There are no scratches and external damages on the item with original packaging returning to us
- The item is returned to us with tracking information. Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- You agree to mutually cancel the transaction so that we can claim the Final Value Fee of the transaction
Failure to do the above steps proposes the buyer forteits the rights for any refund or replacement. If you are considering to give us a neutral or negative feedback, do write to us and give us a chance to address your concern first.
