- All standard LEGO(r) parts of the figure are brand new, purchased from online or local stores.
- Customization from figures include applying stickers, painting, molding are process in a smoke free environment.
- Payment accepted currency only in US Dollars. Paypal payment is preferred. Please contact us for other payment options. Payment is appreciated within 7 days of last sale.
- All stickers we used for figures are created by ourselves. They are created by several different kinds of image editing software. It is printed by high quality printer, and are well protected for heave play. The images on stickers will never become faded, but it is not water proved. We are selling stickers on our store as well. The images of the finished figures are always displayed together with the sticker sets.
- Buyer Beware: Small items are not suitable for children under 3.

- Combined shipping are welcome to save on shipping, please take advantage on our combined shipping rule.
- Small orders are package with bubble wraps, big orders will be shipped in boxes. Fragile figures will be shipped in golden gift boxes. Inside the package, all figures with customized paint will be packed in separate zip bags.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct in your paypal payment. Incomplete or incorrect address will cause shipping delay.
- The standard shipping method will be USPS first class. Please send me message if you want to use a different shipping method.
- Standard shipping time will be two business days in average. When orders are too much for us to handle quickly, we will update the estimated shipping time on our store front.
- For rush orders, please send me a eBay message or an e-mail. message within the paypal message will generally not be read until we start to handle the order, which may be a couple of days after the payment.
- International orders can take at least two weeks for delivery, we appreciate your patience.
