Box Set shipping

Q: How fast will
my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
A: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order
confirmation. Order confirmation is
sent within 1 business day for all payments completed before 12:00AM
EST. Once shipped,
it will take between 4 to 14 business days to arrive, longer for international
shipments.

do not recommend having the order shipped to a freight forwarding service
as we are unable to insure packages after they reach the shipping address

shipped items only. We will replace the defective merchandise with the
same title and format. If the same title and format is not available,
iNetVideo will issue a refund back to the account used to place the
order. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.

strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be
sure that it is in proper working order.
