| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Yes, I accept returns. If an item is damaged please reseal envelope and put refused return to sender. If you do not have original envelope please email, we can discuss the shipping cost refund. If you are returning because you do not want the item, return shipping cost is up to you. A refund is given only after item is returned. |

| A:Yes. Please refer to the auction pages for rates and discounts. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Domestic orders take on average 7-14 days to arrive. Some orders may take longer it really depends on postal service.
International orders can take 3 weeks to 45 days even to Canada. It is very difficult to predict and is up to customs in each country. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Please refer to the auction pages for shipping info. Each figure is priced differently. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, but only to the listed countries. |
| Q:Why do you only accept paypal? |
|
| A:Ebay no longer allows sellers to accept money orders. This is an ebay policy. For more information please click the link on auction page that says more payment information. |
| Q:What is the condition of the listed auction? |

| A:The first thing I list in the auction is the size, condition and notes. My general conditions are: Great, Very Good, Good, Ok, Played with and poor. I never consider a loose figure mint unless it is graded professionaly. |
| Q:Does it come with accessories? |
|
| A:As noted in the description, "all figures come as pictured." I try to list if a figure does not have accessories, but I can not remember every figure and what it came with. If you do not see an accessory then it does not have it. |
| Q:Do you relist figures that do not sell in auction? |
|
| A:Yes, generally 3 days later. They are usually listed as a buy it now in my ebay store. They may be higher or lower than the starting auction price. I base my store prices on what items generally sell for. Auction closing are not a good gage because they can be unpredictable. |
| Q:Can you leave me feedback? |
|
| A:My feedback is on auto. I have close to 1200 new listings a month. I put my feedback on auto to save time, and it does. If you leave feedback for me, it automatically does it for you. |
| Q:Will you take less for a figure than listed? |
|
| A:No. I do not have best offers on my listings. I have too many listings to keep up with that. I do have sales every month and you can save that way. Plus, I do believe my domestic shipping is very fair and can save you money. |
| Q:Can I pick up my item, I live near you? |
|
| A:No, I do not allow local pickups. |
