Customer service was misleading. Wrong color was sent. When asked if item could be exchanged was told that is not possible due to item not longer being in stock while ebay still showed 2 items in stock. I also called the number on original packing slip (iboats company) and was told the item is in stock. Was also able to place an order for the desired color minutes after being told it was not in stock and had my order confirmed processed and shipped. Refund my shipping on my return
