Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: YES, we still ship abroad! We determine this on a listing by listing basis. Please review the shipping section of any given listing for specific shipping availability and rates. Many eBay sellers have opted to forgo selling internationally due to high incidents of fraud and additional headaches from customs documents.
We evaluate this practice often, but for now we do wish to continue offering our “incredible buys” to our neighbors around the globe!
Q: I’d like more details about the product, how can I get it?
A: Bear in mind, we do the very best we can to describe the items being sold.
We try to be diligent in offering thorough descriptions, application information, and/or actual model numbers in our listings. Basically, we’re glad to help – but if it’s not in the listing, chances aren’t we don’t know the answer.
We are not dealers for the products we sell on eBay; therefore there is no possible way for us to be experts or intimately familiar with the vast array of products we sell.
Q: I’d like to be provided with more detailed pictures of what you’re selling, can I get them?
A: Yes, we will work to provide additional images as requested. We want you to feel good and know what you’re getting. Please request additional pictures by contacting your friendly iBuyz representative at email@example.com. Be sure to be specific about certain areas, views or locations you want photographed. Also, please provide your email address so that the images can be sent to you directly.

Q: How do you ship the sold products?
A: We ship with UPS or the US Post Office. Auction listings include a shipping calculator to factor shipping. We offer various shipping options such as Free Shipping, Flat Rate and Calculated. Again, review the auction listings which will outline the shipping process and related costs.
Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: We strive to ship items very quickly; most items ship within 24-48 hours after the close the auction listing!
Please be aware that we observe most national holidays, and you may see a slight delay in shipping during holiday seasons.
Q: What kind of Payments do you take?
A: In accordance with eBay policies – we prefer Paypal. We have a merchant account set-up through our local bank to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please contact your friendly iBuyz representative at firstname.lastname@example.org with any other payment related questions.
Q: Do you offer local pick-ups?
A: YES, you are invited to pick up your purchase by visiting our warehouse located in Louisville, KY. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm (EST). We ask that advance notice be given to schedule your pick-up. All local pick-up items should be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made with your friendly iBuyz representative.

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: YES, in general we want happy customer’s and will accept returns under certain conditions. Please review our policy on each auction listing to understand specific rules and guidelines that will apply in the event an item needs to be returned.
Q: Why do I have to wait for the auction to end when I am ready to buy it now?
A: We don't end auctions early that are currently listed on eBay.
Q: I am looking at a "Buy-It-Now listing and it says "Immediate Payment Required", how does that work?
A: “Immediate Payment Required” has been established by eBay to help eliminate non-paying bidders. When you click the "Buy-It-Now" button you will be taken to your PayPal account to pay for the item immediately. If you do not pay for the item, then the listing will not end and you will not be obligated whatsoever. We often do this on smaller, lower priced items to expedite the selling process.

Q: I want to purchase multiple items do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we offer combined shipping on up to 10 items purchased in a 7 day period. After you are done bidding please send us an email, and we will send you an invoice via eBay and/or PayPal.
Q: The item I received is not as described in the auction, now what?
A: Please be patient and send us a detailed message including your full name, eBay item number, eBay handle and email address while describing what is wrong with the item. We will do everything we can to make it right with you. We can be reached by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Why haven't I received feedback?
A: Our feedback system is automated via eBay, please be patient you will receive feedback shortly. We leave feedback on each and every sale. If you’re happy with your purchase – please do the same for us!
Q: I received the wrong item, now what?
A: Please be patient we sometimes make mistakes. Please send us a detailed message including your full name, eBay handle, eBay item number, and a description of what item you received. We will do everything we can to make it right with you. We can be reached by email at: email@example.com

We list what we know, can surmise through online research and general manufacturer’s information about the product. We readily admit, in this regard – often times our buyer’s know much more about the product than we do! Should you require more – we advise you to research the product online, ask a distributor and then work with us for an incredible buy!!
