Do you resize rings?
We do resize rings. There is a minimal charge of $20 for one size up or down. If you require a different size, please email us the size that you require, and we will send you an invoice with the sizing fee. If you purchase an item that needs sizing, it is yours / the buyer’s responsibility to email us and let us know the size that you are looking for.

What is your return policy?
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Furthermore, if you need to return a product because you are not satisfied, it needs to be returned within our return period. Any returns requested after the return period will be denied. The return period is 30 days. Any returns that are shipped to us are sent at the buyers' expense. Items MUST be in its original packaging and condition to be considered for return. All item returned will incur a 20 % restocking fee.
