When does my order get processed?
Orders that are placed and processed before 12pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. After 12pm, the order will be processed the next business day.


What hours is I DJ NOW open?
Our mail order department is open from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Monday thru Thursday and 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern on Friday. We are not open on weekends but our automated website can still accommodate your orders.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I DJ NOW does ship outside of the U.S.  International shipping rates will apply.  Not all items are able to be shipped Internationally.  For specific information and rates please see the shipping tab in the item listing.


How do I track my package?
All tracking information will be sent via email to the email address provided with your order.  You can always contact us too at 1-800-355-7746 and speak with our customer service department.


Shipping & Processing Info
All Domestic items ship within 24hrs of a received and cleared payment on orders placed M-F.
Tracking and insurance are included
UPS Express shipping services are available on most Domestic orders for an additional fee
All PO Box Addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail
We ship using multiple carriers such as UPS, Fedex and USPS
I DJ NOW reserves the right to ship orders with Free Shipping through the carrier of our choice
International shipments may incur taxes, duties or brokerage fees prior to final delivery
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT's and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and I DJ NOW is not responsible for any such additional charges
International orders may take up to 5 business days to be shipped
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

*I DJ NOW is not responsible for any foreign taxes, Import duties, brokerage fees, VAT's or additional charges incurred in shipping. That is the sole responsibility of the buyer of the item. Additionally, we will not falsify any invoice or mark items as a "Gift" to circumvent International taxes/duties.
