If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt.
Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need.
Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us through eBay message / email. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty item to do this. Our customer service will follow up with you as soon as possible.

We do advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.
