Welcome to Fat Cat Hatters. We take old worn out used hats and give them a new lease on life. Re-purposing hats is what we do. Specializing in felt fedoras and the like. On occasion we will include everything from straw hats for summer to flat caps or newsboy hats. Vintage is our favorite, I love to make 1930's style fedoras out of the most average of cowboy hats. All it takes is a little trimming,sewing, and crown shaping with steam and some elbow grease to whip the felt hats into shape. We also use fire to treat the hats for a weathered look, giving your head cover some real character. Something that maybe doesn't look like it just came off the shelf.
