If you receive a defective or broken item from us, we want to replace that item as quickly as possible for you. We therefore ask that upon receipt of your purchase you closely account for and inspect each item for any damage or breakage. Should you find any item damaged, broken, defective or missing, please notify our Customer Service Department at (702) 293-0037 or at support@imagewest.tv immediately within (3) three business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be provided to you as quickly as possible and will ask you to return any broken or defective parts. You are responsible for obtaining an RMA number for any return or exchange, including products that are defective or broken. All items must be returned within (3) three business days from the issuance of the RMA number.
All returns and/or exchanges must be in the same condition as received by the buyer and in their original packaging. All sales after (30) thirty days of the delivery date are final.

In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction for any reason, the buyer is not entitled to any other remedy than receiving 100% of their money back.
