Do You Send
Samples (Swatches)?We
provide limited samples free of charge. Please
e-mail the item name and number and your name &
mailing address to: inweave2@acsnet.com or use
the e-mail link below. In order that we may
continue to provide this service, please limit
your request to fabrics that are of serious
interest to you. Samples are small
(approximately 3" x 3").
Do You Have More Yardage or Other Fabrics
Available?Yes.
Since we have a brick and mortar store, a
website and our eBay store, we generally don't
put all available yardage or fabrics on eBay. If
you need more yards than are shown in the
listing or if you are looking for something in
particular, please feel free to ask. If we have
something, we'll be happy to put it on eBay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard/American
Express/Discover via telephone to our store at
1-800-646-9328 or (712-551-1523).
We accept PayPal (inweave2@acsnet.com).
If you would like to fax your credit card
number, you may fax it to 712-551-1679.
With eBay's new paper-less payment policy, we
can no longer accept Money Orders and Personal
Checks. Payment is due no later
than 10 days following your purchase.
Do
you ship overseas?
Yes,
we ship Internationally. The shipping calculator
is usually correct but again can't take into
account flat-rates. Feel free to request a
shipping estimate BEFORE you make your purchase.
Provide us with your country of residence and
the items you want to purchase and the yardage
for each. We'll be happy to give you your
shipping options!
Will you check my customs label "Gift"?
No. All
purchases will be marked as merchandise and your
purchase price will be reflected on the customs
documentation. All customs-related duties,
taxes, brokerage and other charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please remember,
that marking them as "Gift" is also a federal
offense!!
Do
you ship to alternate addresses?
Depends on the
situation--just ask to make sure.
Do
you combine shipping?
Yes, the
calculator is set to combine fabrics based on
the weight of each item. Unfortunately it isn't
always right but I review every payment made and
if the calculator charged too much, I make
refunds. Always feel free to request a combined
invoice if you would like me to double-check the
calculator.
When will you send out my purchase?
Usually within 5 business
days after payment is made. There are some
exceptions if there are holidays or if the post
office is slow but most people receive their
fabric in a week or less. We try to ship the
same day or the day after payment is made. We do
not ship on Saturday & Sunday and sometimes do
not ship on Fridays. If you have specific
shipping requirements, please feel free to ask
us about your options!
When will you leave me feedback?
Feedbacks are left in
batches usually. Don't worry if you don't
receive it immediately--we promise you will get
praises eventually!
Do
you have a return policy?
Since our fabrics are
custom-cut to the length you purchase, we
generally do not accept returns. Please read the
description carefully - especially about COLOR.
All monitors vary. If you need to match a color,
please request a swatch. If you receive your
fabric and are unhappy, please contact us about
the nature of the problem.

you do consignment?

you have a catalog?
No, but we do have
a company website that contains many of our
products with more information.

you have a "Brick and Mortar" Store?
in-weave is a fabric store in a small town in
northwest Iowa (Hawarden, population 2500).
Yes, we have a brick and mortar store that you
can visit if you are ever in our corner of the
world. In addition to a wider selection of
fabric than we can offer on our websites, we
have a fabulous selection of rugs that are
hand-woven in our store.
