I got my item around the similar timeframe that seller mentioned. I know it takes weeks to get this. The charger looks as expected and works as expected. However, not sure if they are all the same among the seller here on eBay, there is no test information or prints on the back of the charger. So, you won't know if this thing ever passed any inspection ore testing. take your own risk then.
