Q:What is your return policy?
A:You can return your item(s) for any reason within a 30 day period for a full refund on the price or an exchange for another item. Return to the address on the package slip, include the package slip and your request with the item(s).
Q:I recieved a ring from you but it doesent fit.....
A:No Problem, Return it along with the packing slip and your request. When recieved, We will despatch your new requested ring size. See our Ring Sizer for help on ring sizes. Please note, there will be a $4.00 exchange fee or in the case of custom made gold rings, an $11.80 exchange fee.
Q:I recieved an item different item to what i bought or damaged item.....
A:Rarely, A packing error might occur or an item arrives damaged. The correct item will be sent to you when we are informed that you recieved an incorrect/damaged item. Return the incorrect/damaged item to the the address on the packing slip and inculde your request. The correct item will be sent out and you will be refunded your shipping charge.
Q:How much is the Shipping Charge & Handling Charge?
A:The shipping charge is shown in the item description for each item and then shipping is just $2.00 per additional item or free if you purchase more than $90 worth of items. All items must be combined and paid for together to qualify. (Some items are not elegible for these offers, Check item description for elegability).

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive since i live Overseas?
A:Items are shipped via priority airmail within 24 hours of recieving payment. They then take 4-5 working days to the US. 3-4 working days to the UK & rest of europe and on average 5-6 working days to the rest of the world. Occasionally items are delayed due to bad weather and customs but 95% of items arrive within those time periods
Q: I live overseas and am cautious to buy from you, is your method of shipping secure? Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: Buying overseas can be risky sometimes when you do not know the vendor. Buying with us however, you can be assured that your order will arrive safely. We offer free shipping insurance on all orders placed with us. Over 99% of our shipments arrive to their destinations without problems and on time. We carefully pack each item into secure envelopes & boxes. All have a unique tracking number which can be traced by us at all times. In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged, we will replace or repair it at no extra charge. Please Contact us if there is any problems with your order.
Q: Will i have to pay any import duty/tax on my order?
A: No import tax/duty is payable on our shipments.
Q: What address will my order be sent to? Can i ship it to a different address?
A: Your order ships to the address on your ebay account. If you would like to change the address please contact us with the required address and wait for our response before you go ahead and pay because when you pay your order ships within 24 hours.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept all credit cards through Paypal, Money/Postal orders, Personal Cheques, Cashiers's cheques and bank transfers. We price our items in US$ as most of our customers live in the US but we accept payment in any currency. (European Union residents sending payment through the post, please remember to add 21% vat onto the total due. See vat question below for more information on vat.)
Q:The correct shipping charge is not showing up?
A:Use the seller discount box to alter the shipping total if you know the correct shipping charge for your order or contact us for the invoice.
Q:I bought item(s) but wish to buy more. Should i pay now or wait untill im finished buying untill making payment?
A:Please wait untill you have won all the items you want to buy before paying so that you can take advantage of the shipping discounts.
Q: How long can i wait untill paying for my order?
A: We expect to recieve payment within 14 days of date of sale. If you have bought multiple items over a period of time. Please pay for them alltogether in one single payment. This is so that the items can be shipped together and you can avail of the shipping discounts see Shipping for more details on shipping discounts. Q:Why are you adding Vat to my bill? (only applies to European Union residents)
A:EUROPEAN UNION RESIDENTS have to pay Irish Vat @21% of total amount owed. Our prices are advertised excluding VAT as most of our customers are from the USA, and do not have to pay VAT, as they are not in the EU. Please be aware that everything you buy in your own country and from the wider E.U. region has VAT included into the price. (Paypal will automatically add the vat to your total but if you are sending payment through the post then please remember to include the vat due yourself)
Q: You are in Ireland so why are your items priced in US dollars / Can i pay in Sterling/Euros?
A: We price our items in US dollars as most of our customers live in the USA but we accept payment in any currency. Paypal will convert your currency to the correct dollar amount automatically but if you are sending payment through the post and need to know the total amount to send converted to your local currency, please Contact us or use the currency converter http://pages.ebay.co.uk/services/buyandsell/currencyconverter.html .EU Residents, please remember to add vat onto the amount due if sending payment through the post.
Q: How do i pay for my order?
