A:No Problem, Return it along with the packing slip and your request. When recieved, We will despatch your new requested ring size. See our Ring Sizer for help on ring sizes. Please note, there will be a $4.00 exchange fee or in the case of custom made gold rings, an $11.80 exchange fee.
Q:I recieved an item different item to what i bought or damaged item.....
A:Rarely, A packing error might occur or an item arrives damaged. The correct item will be sent to you when we are informed that you recieved an incorrect/damaged item. Return the incorrect/damaged item to the the address on the packing slip and inculde your request. The correct item will be sent out and you will be refunded your shipping charge.
Q:How much is the Shipping Charge & Handling Charge?
A:The shipping charge is shown in the item description for each item and then shipping is just $2.00 per additional item or free if you purchase more than $90 worth of items. Q:When can I expect my order to arrive since i live Overseas?
A:Items are shipped via priority airmail within 24 hours of recieving payment. They then take 4-5 working days to the US. 3-4 working days to the UK & rest of europe and on average 5-6 working days to the rest of the world. Occasionally items are delayed due to bad weather and customs but 95% of items arrive within those time periods

A: Your order ships to the address on your ebay account. If you would like to change the address please contact us with the required address and wait for our response before you go ahead and pay because when you pay your order ships within 24 hours.

Q: You are in Ireland so why are your items priced in US dollars / Can i pay in Sterling/Euros?
A: We price our items in US dollars as most of our customers live in the USA but we accept payment in any currency.
