PHOTOGRAPHS:
We take our own photographs in house for each of our items. (The only exception to this is when we are drop-shipping an item to you from a different location. In such cases, we will use the image provided by our drop-shipper.) We reserve the right to re-use our own photographs when they depict items (or lots), which, for all intents and purposes, are reasonably similar in appearance, condition and product specifications.
PHOTO QUALITY DISCLAIMER AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Please note that the actual color(s) of an item in one of our listings may vary due to lighting conditions and the original setting in which the photo was taken. In such cases, we use digital image editors to to enhance our photographs in order to better convey the look, feel and quality of our items. Consequently, there is room for error when it comes to color correction and adjustments. Therefore, we guarantee your satisfaction with a seven-day money-back return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, then all you need to do is contact us within seven days of receiving it to obtain a return authorization. Then simply return the item in the condition in which you received it, and we will issue you a refund upon receiving and inspecting the original item.
BUYER REQUIREMENTS:
One of the requirements we set forth for our buyers is that they have a PayPal® account. PayPal® offers many benefits to both the buyers and the sellers, and it is our preferred method of payment.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect your privacy, and we make every reasonable effort protect it to the very best of our ability. We utilize professional grade anti-virus and anti-spyware software on all of our computers. We also have desktop firewalls in place to strictly control incoming and outgoing Internet access to and from our systems. Moreover, we regulary maintain critical updates for our computer operating systems. In addition to the the above precautions, we do not reveal any of your personally identifying information (except as may be required by law and/or accounting purposes). When the item you purchase is a tangible product that must be shipped to you (which is usually the case), you understand that your name (or the name of your business) and your shipping address is visible on the mailing label of your package during normal delivery processes. Yet under no circumstances do we rent, share, sell or give away your contact information. While these practices and technologies do not completely guarantee the security of your information, it does make it very difficult for information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred and stored.
PAYMENT PROCESSING (PayPal® Preferred):
We use PayPal® to process our transactions, so we do not have access to your credit card information at all. You can pay us with funds from your PayPal® balance. You can even use PayPal® to pay us with an e-check. Whenever you make a purchase at one of our eBay® auctions, fixed price listings or store listings, you will be presented with the option to complete the transaction through PayPal®. In any event, please note that we never store any of your credit card information, because we never see it. This is one of the main reasons we prefer PayPal®.
In some cases, we are willing to accept payment in the form of a personal check or money order, but that is the exception to the rule. If you desire to render payment in a form other than those processed by PayPal®, then you must contact us in advance using eBay®s "Contact Seller" messaging system. Please note, however, that alternative payment methods (e.g., personal check or money order) will most likely entail a delay in product fulfillment, because it is our policy to hold items until we receive notification that your payment has cleared.
PAYMENT DUE:
We require full payment within seven (7) days of your purchase (if you use the Buy-It-Now option) or the close of the auction (if you are the winning bidder). This insures that you will receive your item in a timely manner, because it is our policy to hold your product until we receive notification that we have received your payment and that it has cleared.
WHEN BIDDER ENDS AUCTION EARLY WITH BUY-IT-NOW:
If you decide to end our auction early using the Buy-It-now option, please be prepared to render your payment promptly. We do not require immediate payment when you end our auction early. Nevertheless, your prompt payment will enable us to ship your product to you in as timely a manner as possible.
SELLER'S RIGHT TO RELIST AND REPORT:
By bidding on this (or any) of our listings or by using the Buy-It-Now option, you acknowledge that we have the right to relist this item if you do not render full payment within ten (10) days. We also reserve the right to report non-paying bidders to eBay®.
PRIVATE AUCTIONS:
eBay® provides sellers with the ability to post private auctions, and we will often utilize this option. What this means to you is that your eBay® user ID remains anonymous whether you bid on one of our items or simply use the buy-it-now option.
PRODUCT FULFILLMENT:
We typically ship your items within two business days upon receiving notification that you have rendered payment and that your payment has cleared. When you use PayPal, we typically receive this notification instantly. However, in the event that we are unable to ship your item within two business days your cleared payment, then we will notify you through eBay®'s "Contact Buyer" link.
SHIPPING:
We usually ship items within five (5) business days. We only ship items to confirmed addresses provided to us by eBay® and/or PayPal®. We will not be held responsible for "mis-delivered" products when we have sent them to the confirmed address provided to us by eBay® and/or PayPal®. Therefore, it is important to keep your account information updated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will not mark an item as a gift or delare its value to be worth any less than it actually is. Many countries charge import duties and taxes on incoming goods based on their declared value. We are not involved in this process at all and have no idea what international buyers may be charged. Most international buyers know that they are responsible for these import charges, but we want to make sure that this is clearly understood. We are required to make accurate declarations for customs, but we are not involved in the determination of import duties and taxes on the products that we ship to our international customers. If you are an international customer, then you assume complete responsibility for any import duties and taxes on any goods that you purchase from us.
DROPSHIP DISCLAIMER:
We are an authorized, pre-approved e-tailer of many items. As is the case with any supplier, an item may occasionally go on back order. In the event that this item is on back order when you place your order, we will notify you within 48 hours via the eBay messaging system (i.e., "Contact Buyer"). If you want to check on the availability prior to purchasing one of our items, you may use the eBay messaging system (i.e., "Ask Seller a Question"). We will reply promptly. We usually reply same day on weekdays. (Please allow 48 hours for replies on the weekends).
FLAT RATE SHIPPING COSTS:
At the time of this listing, we presently ship to the USA and Canada and we use flat rate shipping costs to facilitate listing and product fulfillment. We usually use USPS First Class Mail (anywhere in the USA) and USPS First Class International (for Canada). We also use USPS Priority Mail, depending on the item being shipped.
HANDLING:
We add a nominal fee for handling (included in your flat rate shipping fee that you see on our listings) to cover material costs and packaging time.
SIGNATURE and DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS:
In some cases we require signature confirmation. In almost every case, we use delivery confirmation.
RETURNS, REFUNDS and REPLACEMENTS:
All sales are final unless the item is not as described. If, however, after receiving your product, you are not completely satisfied, then please use eBay®'s "Contact Seller" link to contact us first.
If a replacement is requested instead of a refund (and we happen to have a replacement in stock), then you are responsible for the costs of shipping the original item back to us in the same condition in which it was sent. We will send your replacement upon receiving the original item back in its original condition. The original shipping and handling expense are nonrefundable.
In the event that we are out of stock on that particular item, we will refund you your winning bid amount (or the buy-it-now price) of the product upon receiving the original item back in its original condition. Once again, the original shipping and handling expense are nonrefundable.
SALES TAX:
California delivery addresses add 8.25% Sales Tax.
