Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Within 30 days after purchased date
Merchandise must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging (I.e. shoe-box, tissue wrap, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.).
All contents are packaged within a shipping box or poly-bag
(Returned packages with missing or damaged contents will be charged up to 50% restocking fee)
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Itsmine does not accept COD (cash on delivery) which will be refused with the shipping courier
IMPORTANT: Please do not send the product by using the shoebox as the outer shipping box.
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that an incorrect/defective item is received, the customer please contacts us right away and we will have this resolved for you. All defective items will be thoroughly inspected and determined by Itsmine. We reserve the right to request for photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. Itsmine is not, under an circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, fading, etc). Any returned merchandise with obvious signs of wear will be refused and returned to the customer expense or changed up to 50% restocking fee.
All sales are final for all international orders.
Any previous shipping charges are non-refundable.
