I feel that you will be delighted with the quality of my merchandise. If however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item does not fit, you may return the item for an exchange or refund, with the following conditions:

Item must be in the original condition it was sent (unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached).

Shoes must show no signs of wear and be returned in the original box.

If upon receipt, I determine the above not to be the case, no refund will be given. The item will be sent back to you at your cost.

For health reasons swim suits and swim trunks are not returnable.

Toys and some bedding items are not returnable.

Seasonal items (ie Christmas) are not returnable
All returns require a return authorization. Please contact me within three days of receipt of your package. Please state why you are returning the item (wrong size, etc). If you would like to exchange it for a different size or item, I will hold the item requested until I receive your return. I will reply with an authorization number to put on your package.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we have made a mistake on our end.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please include the original packing slip that was shipped to you with specific details about your return.
Once I receive the item, we will go through the 'Mutually Agreed not to Complete Transaction' on Ebay.
Once this process is complete, I will issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price.
All sales are final after 7 days.
