Seller did not pack Drake L4B Linear Amplifier properly by removing all glassware including tubes and glass chimneys. I asked for a $360 refund to cover cost of tube $300 from RF-Parts for 3-500Z tube and for a glass chimney quoted at $100. I gave the seller a discount on the chimney. Seller is unreasonable and refuses to refund. This person does not understand that glass will break via UPS ground shipping unless packed in a separate box. OR does not care.
