Payment should be received within 7 days of auction end. Item will be shipped within 7-10 business days of payment date. We may or may not have the item in inventory at any given time. Sometimes we are on a make as we go basis.Custom or personalized items may allow extra time if we have a lot of orders. Please let us know if you need your item by a certain date. It will be packed as securely as possible to ensure safe shipping. Returns are accepted. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Refund will include original selling price only. No shipping fees are returned as the shipping has already been paid for.
