| A:Yes, where possible.
If in doubt about the postage discount simply await our invoice or 'request total from seller' and we'll do it for you. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:1st class takes approx. 1-3 days and 2nd class takes approx. 3-7 days. Over busy periods it can take longer. If you require your items in a hurry please ensure you select the appropriate postal service. The durations given are only guidelines set out by the Royal Mail and once dispatched it's in their hands. |

| Q:How much is the Handling Charge? |

| A:Unlike other sellers we don't charge a 'handling fee'.
Our shipping costs are accurate for the size and weight of the item(s). There is a minimal addition for packaging. WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM POSTAGE! |

| Q:Send and item to a different address? |
|
| A:Yes, no problem.
Please request prior to purchasing and (if paying via PayPal) confirm in the 'message to seller' section. If paying via Cheque or Postal Order simply include a note stating the alternative address. Items sent to alternative addresses will not have payment information enclosed. |
