Package arrived reeking of cigarettes and dusted with ash. After hand washing, the products still smell. Seller was incredibly hostile immediately after messaging to discuss potential solutions to this issue. Seller continued being hostile even after I apologized for any perceived slight from my end. FWIW every single bottle was expired too, but seller technically notifies you in the description -- I was convinced they wouldn't sell expired health products. That one's on me. The rest is on them.

Buyer is LYING and had buyers remorse. Buyers items came in factory sealed case boxes. Bottles did not have ash on them, ash would wash off. Bottles had rub marks from the bottles rubbing together during transport. All my product come from a climate controlled warehouse where there is NO SMOKING. Buyer claims I was incredibly hostile, not true. I offered buyer to send items back for a refund and instead they want to leave negative feedback. This is how you know that they are not being honest!

The items are as described, but the packaging was almost non-existent. All 12 vials were put in a thin cardboard box with no bubble wrap or tissue to protect them -I could hear them rattling around when I received the package; the box fell apart when I cut off the FedEx wrapper. Two of the vials were missing the safety cap. I'm glad nothing leaked or broke, but would not order a fragile item from this seller in the future.

????? These were sent to you in the original box that the oils came in. As for no bubble wrap, the original box was wrapped in not only 1, but 2 PADDED PRIORITY envelopes. If you cut off a FedEx wrapper these did not come from me as I sent USPS Priority Mail. All 12 vials were personally inspected and sanitized before being shipped with all 12 safety caps on the vials. We sanitize and inspect every single item that goes out to insure safety.
