Mala sent in cheap sunglasses bag with drawstring. Merchant assured me that since she had none of the bags pictured in listing that she would send a bag of similar quality- but that it may be their default choice. Contacted merchant and she told me it was a free gift. in spite of the fact that the description states packed in silk bag. Silk bag is obviously part of the $240 cost as other malas in Ebony are $150 and Silk bags are $120. Merchant argued her point refusing to make things right.
