How soon will my item be shipped?
• For security purposes, items are stored off-site. For this reason, please allow up to 10 days from date of purchase for your item to be picked up by UPS. This includes items which are shipped via UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air. Please view our shipping map for estimated delivery times to your location.
 
Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?
• Yes, we accept returned items that are shipped back within 7 days of receiving. Please see our policies page for further information.
 
I'm concerned about purchasing jewelry through eBay, how can I be assured that your items are authentic?
• All of our items are guaranteed authentic. Please have a look over our feedback, we have a long positive history of selling John Hardy items via eBay. For further reassurance, we'd also recommend bringing your item in to an authorized John Hardy dealer (for example, Neiman Marcus or Saks) for comparison.
 
I missed out on an item you had previously listed, do you have more? Is it possible to order a specific item?
• Generally, all that we have available is currently listed within our eBay store. However, feel free to e-mail us your request as we aim to please!
 
Do you have a store that I can visit? Is it possible to pick up my order to save on shipping?
• We only sell via eBay and do not have a location for customers to visit.
 
I'm never home for UPS can I have my order shipped via the Post Office?
• We are only setup to ship via UPS. After your order has shipped you can request with UPS for them to deliver to a more convenient location. Additionally, a signature is only required on shipments valued above $250.00
 
I'm having trouble with PayPal, what should I do?
• Please call PayPal customer service at 1-888-221-1161 for assistance.
 
Can you resize this ring for me?
• Unfortunately, at this time ring sizing is not a service that we provide.

Do you offer repair service on previously purchased items?
• Any John Hardy item can be sent in for repair by visiting www.johnhardy.com and clicking on the repair service link. It is a very simple process and most repairs are free of charge.
 
I love your site, how often do you list new items?
• We are frequently adding new items so please check back often.
 
What's your best price? If I order more then 1 item can I get a discount?
• All of our items are already highly discounted and the listed price is the lowest selling price we are willing to offer. You can combine items to save on shipping but we do not offer any additional discounts on multiple item purchases.
