All transactions require 2-4 days to be processed before shipping. WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES. Shipments within the US, ship out after 48 hours after cleared payment received. Shipments outside the US will ship out after 4 business days. Once item has shipped out a tracking number will be provided. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Domestic Shipments

Once item ships a tracking # will be sent to your paypal email address and will be updated on the transaction's order details on ebay. We only ship to address listed on your paypal payment. Each listing will have the methods of shipment offered on the bottom of the page. Most items are shipped via UPS, and some via USPS. All items above $250 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. UPS ground estimates delivery time in 1-6 business days.

International Shipments

We ship worldwide. CUSTOM FEES ARE APPLICABLE. ALL INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS WILL HAVE CUSTOM FEES PAID BY THE BUYER. Buyers with feedback under 10, we will hold shipments for 3 days after receiving cleared payment in order to verfy payment. International orders are generally shipped via USPS express mail which estimates transit time as 4-6 business days. USPS priority mail estimates transit time as 6-11 business days. Please look on the bottom of the listing page for international shipping charges. Upon request, we can have item shipped via Fedex or Ups express which requires 1-3 days in transit, this service is available to most, but not all countries, please contact us for pricing and service availability. Items are declared at price purchased for customs purposes. If you wish to provide special instructions for your shipment please do so before or immediately after your purchase. Custom fees are a part of all overseas transactions, and differ in each country. We are not responsible for any custom fees incurred in receiving your item.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the item is not what you expected you can send it back for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Items being returned with all original accessories and paperwork included at the time of purchase. Item must be in its original unworn condition. Item that have been altered in any way, such as sizing, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us before sending item back. A restocking fee of $25 + shipping costs will be assessed for items under $500, $50 + shipping for items between $500-$1000, $80 + shipping for items between $1000-$2000, and $100 + shipping for items above $2000.

All our watches come with a warranty ranging from 1-5 years depending on the manufacturer. Most watches will come with a guarantee/warranty card (If stated in the listing) which goes over the warranty terms. We will be glad to assist you with any watch repairs outside of the warranty period at a nominal cost. All our Jewelry items come with a 2 month warranty which covers the diamond and the gold. If a diamonds comes loose or needs to be replaced within the first two months, you can ship us back the item with the diamond and the replacement is free. If the diamond is lost, we will replace at a nominal cost, even after the warranty period.
