I have been doing business on Ebay for 15 years. I need to do business another way.
The message says my store is closed, but I am opened and selling and shipping everyday.
EBAY is out of control with all their rules & regulations that cause us all unnecessary work.
I have over 3500 items in my inventory and to conform to the new ebay rule regarding pictures it take about 80 hours of work to change all my items.
1st ebay made me remove my phone number from all my listings, so customers could not call.
Then they made me remove my email address from all my listings so customers could not contact me.
Then they made me remove the information with links I provided to give customers information about cars and paint.
Now they are forcing me to resize all of my picture. I have some of the best looking informative listings on ebay and they are forcing me to change.
They also suspend me for 30 days every timet hey find a list a duplicate item by mistake. Even though I can show them sellers who list many of the same items by changing 1 word in the description. So will take my time to build my own website, until then please continue to feel confident that I will ship safe and fast.
