Store Policies

Store Hours- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
                   Weekends:  Times will vary, Holidays - off

Shopping- Open 24 Hours a day

Email- We will answer most emails within 16-24 hours, most of them sooner

Proofs- Proofs will be sent within 24-48 hours, usually sooner, after receiving payment and the information to be printed on the cards.  Proofs are sent to the email that is listed in ebay, if this is not the one you normally use please tell us right away. Please include all information in the notes section of paypal or send us a separate email.

If you are not happy with the first proof and have changes to be made we will send you a proof until it is 100% correct.

Proofs are sent for the following:  Invitations, announcements, & Save the Date cards. 

Large orders- If you have large orders, you may want to send us an email letting us know pending on what other orders we have to process the large orders may take additional time.

Please Note- We will send proofs to the email provided by email as this is the only one we have.  Please make sure to check your spam/junk mail as these may get filtered there.  If we do not receive a proof approval within 7 days, we will ship to you without your approval.

Payment  Methods- Paypal is preferred, but we also accept money orders and personal checks (check holding time is 7 business day)

Shipping Methods- We will ship to anywhere in the World, please email us for a shipping quote outside of the U.S. as shipping costs are generally much higher.  We ship to the confirmed address listed in ebay unless otherwise told so please keep this in mind!

Buyer pays a flat shipping rate, Shipping is priority mail USPS:

For every 10 cards after the first 20 please add $1.00

First  20 personalized items- $4.80 Priority mail shipping

30- $5.80

40-$6.80

50-$7.80

60-$8.80

We can ship overnight if you need them fast, please note you must email us first before we will ship overnight as the rates start at $16.50

*Rates are different for address labels/sheets of stickers, 1-10 sheets is $2.00, anything after that $4.75.

Order Processing-  After receiving proof approval we will ship within 2-3 business days.  From start to finish if we have payment and information right away you will have your order within 5-7 days pending we have all info.

Customer Service and Return Policy- Due to the nature of these products we do not accept refunds unless there was a mistake on our part. We copy and paste the exact information you give us therefore if there was an error on your part, we can always work something out!  Please make sure to double check all party information is correct before sending that information to us.  Once the proof is approved we begin printing and ship, once the invitation is printed we cannot be liable for the mistakes. Please email us for more information on our refund policy.

Also, if you are dissatisfied with the product please before posting negative feedback send us a message and we will do our best to make you happy!  Our customers are our number one priority and we strive to make everyone happy!

Custom Personalization- We can change the following:

Fonts – there is a list of fonts listed in our store on the left hand side

Colors- we have all standard font colors on a regular computer

Border color- we can change the border color to anything you would like.

Hair/Face color- We have Face/People choices listed in our store on the left hand side.  In some cases we can change the color of the characters hair, eyes, etc. but sometimes we cannot.  Please email us and we will let you know!

We cannot and will not process your order without a proof approval.  Once again please check your junk mail folders to look for our emails.
