Shopping- Open 24 Hours a day

Email- We will answer most emails within 16-24 hours, most of them sooner

Proofs- Proofs will be sent within 24-48 hours, usually sooner, after receiving payment and the information to be printed on the cards.  Proofs are sent to the email that is listed in ebay, if this is not the one you normally use please tell us right away. Please include all information in the notes section of paypal or send us a separate email. Proofs are sent for the following:  Invitations, announcements, & Save the Date cards. unless otherwise specified.

Information- Please send us all information for your personalized items immediately after payment.  We will begin your proof right away.  The faster we receive the information the faster you will receive your items.  You can include the info in the paypal notes section or email us at jmcreationz25@yahoo.com

Order Processing- After receiving proof approval we will ship within 2-3 business days.  From start to finish if we have payment and information right away you will have your order within 5-7 days pending we have all info.
