Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if an item does not meet up to its description.
  • No returns are accepted on quality issues mentioned in the    description of the sale.
  • Returns are accepted within 6 weeks after sale date.
  • Returns are to be communicated in advance.

 Refunds

  • In case of a valid return the full endprice (not the shipping/handling fee) will be returned.
  • Refunds are done if the item is returned, shipping / insurance costs of the return are for the buyer.
