Buy somewhere else. Horrible purchase! Arrived, battery would not charge. Waited for new battery. Phone started but was not factory unlocked per Mint Mobile service provider. Seller lied and cheated me of time, money. Then more money, more time and more effort. All wasted effort and money because of lies and deception. Buy somewhere else.

You agreed I would order a new battery with my expense,changed your mind,and opened the case as you didn't want to wait for a battery.
I totally agreed on the full refund. I offered some discount in case you keep the phone if it works with a new battery, but you didn't lik e it.
I don't know what I can do more than a full refund as a seller.
I feel really sorry for waste of your time and effort but you didn't spend any extra money, which is different than your comment
