The item was described as new in unopened box from factory. When I received the item the seal had been broken. I reached out to the seller for explanation and a chance to make it right. Unfortunately I have not had any response in over 2 weeks. At very least, this description needs to be updated accordingly to inform future buyers like me. I most certainly would have purchased elsewhere if the item was already opened... this was for someone else.

I only sell new items. All items are shipped by me personally and they are inspected before shipping. Buyer made false claim through email to gain discount. No official request to return or claim made through ebay. Will not engage with threats of negative feedback.
