BUCK DICE
(Three Dice Version)
Playing Pieces: Three spotted dice, each numbered 1 to 6.
Object: Not to be the last player in the game ("Old Maid" with dice).
To Start: Each player rolls one die, high roll goes first and low roll goes last. The low roll also rolls one die a second time to determine the Point number. (For example: If the second roll of the low roller is "2," then "2" becomes the Point number and is the only number that can score points).
On each turn: The player rolls three dice. The player scores one point for each Point number rolled. The player continues to roll until no points are rolled on a throw. The player then passes the dice. Each player is out of the game upon reaching 15 points. The last player in the game is the loser.
Scoring: If a player rolls three of a kind, but not Point numbers, this is a "Little Buck" and is worth five points. If a player throws three of a kind and they are Point numbers, this is a "Big Buck" and the player is automatically out of the game. If a player exceeds 15 points on a turn, the roll does not count and the player passes the dice.
