Love these vintage-style valances! Items as described...look brand new...barely used, and no weird odor. (That's happened on occasion with other purchases.) Super-fast ship! I was a little hesitant paying the s/h cost, b/c I always try to avoid a higher cost. But when I rec'd the box this morning, it was quite heavy.
