Return Policy ~ Exchange or Store Credit

All sales are Final due to sanitary laws ** Returned wigs cannot be resold.

I will exchange in rare cases of factory defect. Returned wigs will be sent back to the factory for inspection.

If something else is wrong please contact me immediately to explain the problem. Please be specific and include the item number. A return must be shipped back immediately in New/Unused condition with all tags and packing materials as you received it. Please inspect your wigs carefully as soon as they arrive.

It is your responsibility to know which styles/colors best suit your face shape & skin tone. Please select colors carefully or order a color ring. Always go by the color numbers as colors can appear a little different online.

Your wig comes pre-styled with a basic style, but we encourage our clients to have their wigs customized by a professional hair stylist. This is a great way to make the wig uniquely your own. Often, a little trim on the bangs and a little thinning here or there can make all the difference in the world. The wig should be cut while you are wearing it. Everyone has a different face shape, a different forehead length, and different style preferences. Seek out the assistance of experienced professional, and only allow the wig to be cut while it is on your head.

Ebay Feedback and DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings) Please Read

My philosophy when I began selling on Ebay was to treat customers as I would wish to be treated. That hasn’t (and won’t) change. But, along with other sellers, I am disturbed about what eBAY is telling buyers the DSR ratings mean….and how they are actually used in the real world of eBAY. Did you know……………

A seller’s costs to sell on eBAY are now connected to star ratings? A seller’s eBAY search engine placement is now connected to star ratings?

Note that as you leave star ratings during the Feedback process that eBAY will instruct you that a 4 star rating is good……Yet a seller is penalized by eBAY for receiving those same four stars. The TRUTH is that when a seller’s stars drop below 4.6 they are subject to penalties that include paying up to 20% more in selling fees AND deliberately hindered search exposure in the new Best Match search…….meaning you might not have found this item to purchase.

So we sellers simply ask that you take a moment to consider before leaving ratings. While 5 stars may seem to indicate perfection, we believe that penalizing GOOD sellers for less than absolute perfection will not improve the marketplace.

I strive to ship quickly with a quality product…..I package as simply as possible to save you money on shipping costs….I send emails to thank you for your payment, provide the projected shipping date and applicable tracking numbers. I can’t control the actual delivery, but if I can’t mail when I say I will, I notify you.
