  KatzCornerUSA Store Policies

 

1. Here at KatzCornerUSA I take great care in my packaging and shipping procedures. I make every effort to get your items to you in a safe and secure manner. I use USPS for shipping. (Please don't leave negative feedback if the item is broken or delayed while in the possession of the Postal Service contact me first so that the issue may be resolved.)

 

2. katzcornerusa does not pay for international buyers customs fees.

 

 3. I offer a combined shipping discount on multiple item purchases. I  always try to give the buyer the best shipping rate that I can. Please let me know if you are bidding on multiple items ahead of time. I will send a revised invoice at the end of your auctions.

 

4. I ship items within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving payment. Many items get shipped the same day payment is received. My shipping carrier is USPS

 

5. Vacation times will be posted in the store and on all listings. Please be patient if you are a winning bidder during these times as handling time may increase by a few days.

 

6. I accept Pay Pal  and e-checks for payment.

7. I use package tracking and delivery confirmation on every item I ship.

 

8. Please leave feedback once you receive your item so that I know it arrived safely and you are happy with the transaction. If there is any concern contact me prior to leaving feedback so that I may have a chance to correct the situation.

 

9. Our return policy is as follows;

  • The item must be returned within 14 days.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The refund will be for the price of the item and original shipping only.

 

10. We keep all our communication through eBay's messaging sytem to protect you as well as KatzCornerUSA.
