**All my items sell quickly and sometimes sizes will become out of stock and on backorder on a daily basis before I am able to update the listing. If you happen to buy an item that is out of stock, I will send you an email to let you know and offer you to choose another size or another like item, or you may have a refund.

All Ebay sellers have feedback from some previous customers who have bought from them. Its either positive, neutral or negative feedback and customer notes as to why. It's very important for you to read feedback from any seller you may want to buy from to find out if prior customers were happy or not with the seller and product. Even top rated sellers may have negatives & neutrals. Find the feedback rating by clicking on the sellers numbers (3100 *) next to the colored star located in the top right hand side of sellers store.

ECheck Payment: What is an eCheck?
An eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account. Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear your bank and the money to appear in the sellers PayPal account.
Both eChecks and Instant Transfers are ways to pay with your bank account. With an eCheck, the recipient receives the money in a few days. With an Instant Transfer, the recipient receives the money right away. To send an eCheck, just link your bank account to your PayPal account.
NOTE: NO item will be shipped out until your ECheck has "cleared"your bank and the funds are in my paypal account as "cleared payment. No exceptions

*When you purchase an item from my store, it means you have read my shipping & return policy in FULL & AGREE to my terms I have set forth.
My Store Policy. *Please Read Before Buying
SHIPPING TIME FRAME: I ship the 2nd business day after payment is received. If for any reason the item is out of stock at the time you buy, I will email you to let you know this and issue you a refund. There will be times that are beyond my control on stock issues. Any delivery delays after shipping are beyond my control.
30 Day Return Policy:
Returns With Free Shipping: If you decide to return your purchase that had free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All "return" shipping costs are the responsibiliy of the customer.
Here at Kavi's Christening n Communion Store, I strive to satisfy all of my customers 100%! If you will take a moment to inspect your item when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping and to check for any flaws in material or workmanship. Please follow these steps to handle all return requests:
STEP 1: You must email me to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) BEFORE RETURNING. All requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
NOTE: Returns must have the original packing slip paperwork with it & a RA# written on the outside of the bag/box. Please ship with a tracking number! Items do get lost in the mail. When items are returned without the packing slip, or RA# it makes it hard to find the order, especially if item was ordered under a different name than is on the return address. If I can not find the order, I can not refund or contact buyer. I have to wait until the customer emails me about a refund for that item.
STEP 2: Do not return any merchandise until you receive the R.A. number & instructions to where to send the return. Some items return back to the company and some to me. Your email alone does not authorize a return. I will send you an R.A. number within 24 hours of your email.
STEP 3: Write the R.A. # I send you on the outside of the package and return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of ARRIVAL to you. If NO RA# is on the outside of package or item arrives after 30 days, no returns will be accepted and package will be refused and returned to you. Please include all the items in a set, i.e., plastic cover, (not ripped / torn up) hangers, slips, booties, hats, etc. which go with the outfit. **SHIP ITEM WITH A TRACKING # ONLY! Packages do get lost in the mail. Email me the track # & keep a copy for yourself until you have been refunded.
STEP 4: Upon receipt of your return shipment to me, please allow three (3) business days to review your return and issue a refund. It is not uncommon to take one (1) week for your shipment to arrive to me. When coupled with three (3) days review and return mail, your refund should be to you no later than 2 weeks after you return item's to me. I would expect to hear from you if this is not the case.
Refunds

Product is non-refundable if worn, dirty, smells, stains, pet hair, washed, altered, tags off or missing etc. If item is returned stained or damaged by you, you will be responsible for the cleaning and or repair fee. I do my best to show accurate pictures & give good item descriptions. Please consult the size chart for size needed. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returned items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless I make a mistake in the listing, like wrong size or color sent. Any and all original shipping charges are non-refundable. Write the R.A. # I send you on the outside of the package and return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of ARRIVAL to you. If your return arrives after the 30 days has passed or returned anytime within the 30 days with NO RA# on the outside of the package, the item will be "refused" and returned to you and NO refund.
NOTE: When returning an item or items, please take time / be responsible and pack the item back in the same box or bag the way you received it with the pastic cover, tags attached & folded nice & neat. Please do not just smash it into the box or bag. This will cause the item to become wrinkled, and is then subject to the cost to be "put back in selling condition" by me or the cleaners. This also will delay and or limit the amount of your refund. Should the item need to go to the cleaners, the cost will be taken out of your refund amount.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always welcomed. Any size or color exchange must be requested within 3 days of receipt of goods. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all exchanges. If you want to exchange, you will need to buy the item again in the size and or color you want and a refund will be given when the returned item arrives back in good condition.
Please use the size chart on the listing when buying. Size charts are the exact measurement of the "Garment" All shipping charges to and from are customers responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping charges will be refunded only for errors made in my listing by Kavi's Christening n Communion Store.

FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: First Class is the slowest shipping method. Arrival can be 4-5 weeks after shipping out depending on country & if your customs holds the package. NO TRACKING with first class mail once it leaves the USA. (Except Canada now has tracking with first class mail) I recommend Priority shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING: Arrival is appox. 6-10 Business Days after shipping out (Business days are Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
PRIORITY ENVELOPE: Arrival is appox 6-10 Business Days after shipping out. (Business days are Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Priority envelope can only hold flat small items. There is a limit of items per priority envelope and will depend on the item and how many will fit. Listing will offer this method if item can fit. NO tracking for the envelope shipped international.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Arrival is Appox. 3-5 Business Days after shipping out. (Business days are Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES: ALL custom fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Fees and Duties are NOT included in the price of the item or the shipping costs. Please check with your customs to find out what the fees & duties will cost you before buying. Buyers pay import charges (including tax and custom fees) when purchasing items from another country. Import charges are generally based on the item's price, shipping weight, dimensions, country of origin, and taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Payment is through PayPal only. EChecks MUST clear your bank and funds be in my paypal account BEFORE item is shipped.
