The seller was very easy to work when a problem arose. Someone ripped open the package, probably thinking or hoping it was a cell phone, and broke the ornament in the process. I took pictures and she immediately offered to replace it. I am awaiting the new one that is in the mail now. Customer service is easy when nothing goes wrong. So this was good service to solve the problem, and quickly!

Beautiful collection of mostly antique Czech glass buttons and cabochons, exactly as pictured. The two bright yellow with white swirls buttons are actually plastic/lucite; in the photos they look like Givre glass. Excellent packaging, fast shipping, arrived with only a few tiny chips at the bottom of the bag. Thanks so much for offering this lovely collection!
