Part broken and even though the broken piece was not in box seller blamed USPS. Seller charged $29.98 for shipping and actual shipping was $11.80. Contacted seller and they said the $29.98 is what they charge.

I personally packed that tail lights and they were complete and not broken. I do not know how they arrived broken, they were sent by USPS, someone obviously dropped them. He ordered 2 tail lights, there is a set charge of $14.99/ea for shipping & handling in the continental United States.. We have no way of knowing beforehand how much the Postal Service will charge. He knew what the shipping charge was beforehand and if he didn't want to pay that, he should not have ordered them.
