Otherwise, PAYMENT is expected within 7 DAYS of auction end. SHIPPING is often, but not always, TWICE AS MUCH to another country (depending upon the country); with rates to CANADA being similar to those within the STATES. Winning OVERSEAS BIDDERS should CONTACT ME as soon as possible after AUCTION ENDS so I can find out their EXACT SHIPPING RATE.

OVERSEAS BIDDERS are also FREE to ask about POSTAL RATES in advance--although I prefer they DO NOT ASK the day the AUCTION is ENDING since I need to PACK any ITEMS in question and take the PACKAGE to the POST OFFICE to find out OVERSEAS SHIPPING costs; and, due to my DISTANCE from town, only make it to the POST OFFICE approximately 2 to 3 times PER WEEK.

Also... given my DISTANCE from the POST OFFICE, I often ESTIMATE SHIPPING and, thus, lose money on many auctions; but, likewise, REFUND any over-estimated SHIPPING CHARGES. I also provide DELIVERY CONFIRMATION with every order, as is insisted upon by PAYPAL's protection plan.
