The item description was accurate and worked as expected once it arrived. The shipping was prompt and very cost effective compared to other sellers. The only issue I had with this machine was that the BIOS was locked. The seller did not communicate this in the posting. I was able to contact Dell, and after about an hour they provided me with a BIOS unlock code.
