(see Listing Options) 2 – We will take digital photos of your product, and if necessary research a fair market value, design an online ad for your product and list it on eBay.com 3 - Once your product is sold, we will process the payment securely; take out a percentage depending on the sale price along with shipping and handling charges.  (Buyer typically pays S&H)    (a) If your product does not sell, it can either be picked up or donated to a local charity thrift store or put in one of our upcoming SIDEWALK ESTATE SALES. 4 – Sold items, will be packaged and shipped to the buyer. 5 – When the transaction is completed and satisfactory, we send you a check!
