Q: Are the products original?
A: All products we sell are 100% original copies and come direct from top suppliers. We do not sell any illegal copies or used items. If you have any doubts please read through some of the feedback from our many satisfied customers.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will offer you a 100% money back guarantee on any goods that are not in working order. We ask that you return the faulty product to us and we will either send another copy or refund your money once we receive the item back to test. As all our products come sealed from the manufacturer we are unable to do individual tests.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Once we have received full payment for the item it will be shipped the next working day. We pride ourselves on super fast delivery of your product. Depending on where abouts you are you should have the order in no more than 3 days.
Q: How much is the postage and handling charge?
A: Postage and handling charges for each item are shown on the page for that specific item, simply click on any item for sale and the postage and handling charges will be visible just below the price. We offer competitive rates and pride ourselves on super fast delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we will ship internationally but before you buy please contact us with your location and we will provide you with the cost as rates differ greatly across the globe.
Q: What if I don't receive my item?
A: We can take no responsibility for goods lost in the post. It is extremely rare that something goes missing however it does happen so we strongly recommend that you take out postage insurance. This has a fee of $2.50 and the item is tracked by registered post.
