Shipping
All orders will be shipped the next working day after payment has been received. The delivery time will vary depending on your location in Australia and should be no more than 3 days once the item has been shipped.
Please make note that an order paid for late on Friday or on the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday. Don't forget about public holidays as well. If you have not recevied your order within 5 working days please contact us.

Pay Pal
Direct Bank Deposit and Pay Pal are our preferred methods of payment as they are the safest payment methods for our customers and offers buyer protection. Pay Pal also informs us instantly when payment has been made which helps speed up the delivery of your product.

Direct electronic transer via net banking is preferred over going into the branch in person as it allows better identification of the transaction. When making a direct deposit please remember to add your ebay USER ID and the item number if there is enough room. Failure to do this will result in extensive delays in processing your order. Also remember to transfer the exact amount only.
If you have to go into the bank and deposit in this manner we ask you to please email us the details of the transaction. Please include:
The date of the transfer
The total amount transferred
Any description you have added to the transfer
The BSB number and the name of the bank you have made the transfer at.

Cheque or Money Order
Please make cheque or money order payable to Kish Kash Pty Ltd. Please not that we will not ship your order until a personal cheque has cleared. To speed up the process we recommend that you use a bank cheque. Although we will accept personal cheques we would prefer money order or a bank cheque.

Returns Policy
Our return policy is that we will only accept
a return DVD if the disc if faulty, i.e. a maufacturing problem, or in the rare case you have received the wrong DVD.
Under these circumstances and these only will will accept a return.
If you have an item you feel is faulty or is the wrong dvd we ask you to contact us by either email or telephone before sending the item back. Any return must be done so within 7 days of receiving the item. We will refund the cost of postage on any item that is returned for either of the above two reasons.
If there is a problem with the dvd we will exchange the product for you or offer a full refund.
Postal Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out the optional postal insurance when paying for your order. This has a charge of $2.50 but covers your order in the rare case it goes missing in the post. This is a rare occurence but it does happen. The additional $2.50 covers the loss of any product shipped and means the item is registered, which means we can track the location of the product and get confirmation when it has been delivered.
If postage insurance is not taken out we take no responsibility for any items that go missing or are damaged in the post.
