Item was carefully wrapped prior to shipment by someone that clearly cared about ensuring the item arrived perfectly. The original packaging was open, the item parts were individually wrapped, and then re-packaged in the original packaging. This kinda care from a business is rare these days. Would absolutely recommend and will be purchasing again from them for my other bike. Highly recommend.
