| A:In short, if its not listed in the posted system requirements then we can't guarantee it. That doesn't always mean it won't work on your system though. If a title was originally released before XP or Vista was out it usually won't be listed. We suggest you check the publisher's web site and/or searching google to find out if it will work or not. |

| A:Customers can pay with credit card or checking account through Paypal - simply complete checkout after the auction by clicking the "Pay Now" button. We also accept checks or money orders however all checks are held 7-10 days to clear. An automated invoice is sent out after the auction to your Ebay email address with all our payment information. |

| A:Yes, see listing for details. US customer's rates are calculated by starting with the most expensive rate and taking 50% off the rates on each additional item. Please email us the item #s and your address after you're done winning and we'll send you a combined invoice. To qualify, all items must be paid for with ONE payment & ship in one package. |
