What domestic shipping services do you offer?

All US shipments are sent via Priority Mail. Media Mail is available for comic book purchases.

I do not live in the US. How will my item be shipped?

We ship worldwide via USPS International Priority and First Class International. All orders up to 4 lbs. are sent via USPS First Class International. All packages over 4 lbs. are sent via International Priority. 

Do you combine shipping?

We love to combine shipping. If you make multiple purchases give us a chance to send you a combined invoice including your shipping discount.

What about refunds?

We do offer refunds when a mistake has been made in the listing. Please contact us and we will try to correct your problem right away!

When is payment due on my purchase?

We ask that you please pay for your items within ten days of purchase. If you would like to buy multiple items please hold your payment until you have made all of your purchases.

Can you write a lower value on my customs paperwork so I am not taxed as much?

Sorry but we cannot do this. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes or fees associated with receiving the shipment.

Why are you sending me second chance offers?

When our auctions end we send out tons of second chance offers to non-winning bidders. We give you five days to decide if you would like to accept any of the offers. Please hold your payment until you have accepted all of the offers you want so that we can combine all of your purchases onto one invoice and give you a combined shipping discount.

If I tie two birds together will they be able to fly?

No, this is a common misconception. Tie two birds together, though they have four wings, they cannot fly. We are not only kool but also quite wise!

Should I purchase insurance?

Yes. We highly recommend purchasing postal insurance. Accidents do happen and insurance is necessary to resolve any issues that arise.
