OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship with UPS and Freight. Contact number is needed for freight orders for delivery purposes.

Sorry, we can not ship to PO boxes.

 Shipping can often be combined for a lower shipping charge on multiple items ... depending where you are located at and what items are wanted .... just send us a list of what you are interested in and we will get the best shipping quote that we can get on it for you.

PLUS we can usually give you an additional 15% - 20% off the original prices when there is a purchase of multiple items (three or more)!

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada - Please contact us with your destination requirements and we will quote you estimated brokerage and shipping fees.

When Your Merchandise Arrives - Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives.  Check the Bill of Lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the Bill of Lading indicates left the factory.  You may have to open the cartons, in the case of motor freight, to look for transit damage.  Please do not sign the Bill of Lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition.  If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.  You must sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing the damage you see...and simply refuse the shipment.  Although damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage when you identify damage on the Bill of Lading.

Freight Damage - Your products are insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be determined, we will either arrange to have the merchandise repaired to factory new conditions or replaced at no cost to you and as expeditiously as possible. You must sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing the damage you see.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Paypal or Credit Card (we offer a 5% discount when paid directly to us with credit/debit as we can avoid some of the Ebay/paypal fees that way)

To Pay With Paypal:

We will need your email address where you recieve your payal invoices to send an invoice thru paypal. Payment can be made with bank accounts or credit/debit cards thru Paypal.

Send us an email to viola1968@gmail.com with a list of the items you are looking to purchase and your paypal email and we will invoice you with the total price.

Credit Card Payment:

We are not set up to process credit/debit cards online but can process them via phone orders. (We offer a 5% discount on all phone orders)

If you wish to pay with credit/debit card please use the following procedure:

Send an email to viola1968@gmail.com with the items you are purchasing or want to purchase so we can get a total price for you.

When you are ready to pay for the order, call 406-283-1535 and ask for Viola. If you were given a Quote #, please have that ready as well. If you made arrangements to send payment via money order or check by mail , please send to the address below.

On orders processed thru Ebay, paypal is required unless other arrangements are made.

RETURN POLICY:

Our products carry a twenty year limited warranty from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt must be presented along with the date  of purchase. The terms of the warranty are as follows; The item must have structural or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping company. The terms 'structural damage' and 'aesthetic damage' shall be defined on a per item basis per Kootenai Amish Log Furniture. Be prepared to send photos of the damage.

We will exchange any damaged items or items that are not as they were described in the ad - free of charge.

Should you have reason to believe your items were damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment as it will be much quicker and easier to get the replacement items to you.
