We can't fix what we don't know about. Here at K W Book Nook we process a great volume of books. We strive very hard to give you an accurate description, but we do sell used books. We have discovered one man's "good" is the next man’s trash. We buy our books in large bulk lots to resale. The books vary from new to fairly well read and we do not know the history of each book. If you are looking for books that look new with no creases in the spines be sure to contact us before you purchase and let us check. We try to include pictures that show any defects in the books. Many of our books are fairly well read and we try to be a green company and not send books to a landfill, but rather pass them on to be read one more time. We also try to note any books that are in read only condition.

You the customer are the most important thing to us. We strive very hard to earn your 5 star rating and maintain our preferred seller rating.

Shipping

We ship most of our lots of books freight free and always use media mail. If you would like to receive your books faster, we will ship a different method, but the cost of shipping will have to be added to your invoice. When we post our book lots on eBay they are boxed and put in our shipping warehouse to wait for your purchase.

On our gift items we are trying to stick with the free freight and are always working to find the most cost effective method of shipment.

Our auction lots often sell with freight charged and the freight you see is the exact freight plus a 2.00 shipping and handling fee.

International buyers.... Please note that your country may add additional customs fees to your item. These charges are your responsibility and have nothing to do with us. You will want to contact your customs department to find out what these charges might be.

Substitution Policy:

We are happy to work with you to make subs if our lot contains books you have already read. When we make subs we pull from our non eBay inventory. Please contact us to find out availability. We may have to sub for titles by a different author if we don't have titles by the author you are purchasing. If you are open to subs by a different author you are welcome at any time to click the buy it now to reserve a lot of books for yourself, but please DO NOT PAY until we have the subs sorted out. We have to ship orders within 24 hours of payment receipt. Email us a list of authors or specific books you are interested in and we will see what we can do. We do have to limit the number of books we will sub in a lot to 3 and need to try to sub for like priced books. In order to continue with our substitution policy we need to have your help in making the process time and cost effective.

Please note...When a lot of books is placed in our sale category they are no longer eligible for substitutions. The process of making subs is too labor intensive once we discount the price.
