Very quick to communicate and reliable. although the price is a little bit expensive compare to the second hand in the U.K. it's the bag design that I could not find here. Well packaged and beautiful piece. Exactly as described. The shipping was not simple though. It took a while to set up shipping and then to arrive. And when it did arrive it required a signature (understandable) but there was no communication about this so I wasn’t home upon delivery. Ended up having to go pick it up. Shipping communication at the very least would have been nice. Especially for the absurd cost of shipping.

Although the shipping cost is on the higher side, I received my item earlier than expected so it all balances out.
