We are happy to honor returns or exchanges for any reason if received within 14 days of delivery to you. If the item is not received as described, we also refund all shipping. Please email us prior to making a return so we can anticipate the arrival and address any concerns you may have. Since most of our offerings are vintage, one-of-a-kind items, our descriptions and assessment of the item's condition is based on over ten years of experience but, as such, is also subjective.  We are committed to buyer satisfaction and will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

We offer a fast shipping experience -- one day handling and uploaded tracking numbers. Express USPS service is available on some items, otherwise we ship USPS Priority or First Class (if under 13 oz.). For international customers, we use First Class International service which cannot be tracked after it leaves the US and can take 30 days or longer to some countries.
